Even if I enjoy the career I'm studying today, I've always liked a lot of different knowledge areas.
So when I think about the job I would like to have in the future, of course that I think about working at a public institution applying what I have learnt through my university years. But also, I'm really interested in studying other careers and specialize in other areas.
I have thought about studying an IT related career, like computer engineering. Not only because it seems that it is a well paid career, but because I'm really interested in knowing more about those things that we are so unaware of, although we depend on them so much these days. I would study a computer degree as a complement for my actual studies in Public Administration, so probably I will study it in a professional institute.
An option would be, of course, to study an IT career as a specialization or as a postgraduate degree for my career, and not as a second career. Hopefully, I will do it as soon as I egress.
When it comes to the salary, I'd like to earn as much as possible (obviously haha) but I really don't care that much about the money. My aspirations are to be able to live independently, and to earn enough to pay for a simple life, and maybe save money for the things that I'd like to do in the future, like traveling to other countries (it might be an option to work in a job that offers you that kind of lifestyle, but I don't think that I would enjoy it as much as I would like to travel just when I feel like it).
it's so useful to public administration study something about computers!
