When I complete my university studies, I would like to take a postgraduate course to specialize in an area that interests me. As I said in the last post, I'm very interested in studying another career related to IT or computer sciences. But if it were possible, I would take a postgraduate course to complement my actual career as a public administrator. In that sense, I have searched for courses that will contribute to my knowledge about softwares that are relevant in the public area.
For example, the University of Santiago de Chile offers a variety of courses related to the advanced teaching in Excel. I think that it is a very good option to have an additional skill when I'm applying for a job. Furthermore, I really have liked the Excel courses that we've had in the career, so it might be an option for me in the future.
Also, the University of Chile offers a course of Stata, an statistics analytical software. I may be suffering a lot this semester trying to have good grades at that subject, but even if it has been difficult, I'm not doing bad so far, and I think that it's a good course to add in my curriculum. Maybe it would be better if I choose to study a statistics postraduate course, but I don't know if I dare to do so yet haha.
Hopefully, I'll find a postgraduate course that suits me in the future.
